Because of the increased size of your baby, he is no more floating in the amniotic acid instead resting with his head-down position in the uterus. Head-down position is the final position that your baby take in the uterus. However, if your baby is not yet in head-down position, there is nothing to worry about as plenty of time left for him to take up the position.
Development in 32nd Week Pregnancy
The development of your baby is still going on. He is becoming more and more aware of the internal as well as external environments. He not only hears your voices but also become used to of your heartbeats, stomach rumblings, and the blood passing through the umbilical cord. The secretion of surfactant continues. It still few weeks before the breathing system of your baby becomes functional.
Appearance in 32nd Week Pregnancy
Though, you baby has developed some fats, but still it looks like a fragile structure, soft and smooth. The hair on the head are becoming longer. The few patches of lanugo are still visible on the neck and shoulders. The amount of subcutaneous fats is building up under the skin of the arms and legs.
Movement in 32nd Week Pregnancy
It is not always necessary that your baby turns himself head-down position in the uterus. Some babies take this position earlier by this stage and some even later. At 32 weeks pregnant, although, there is not enough of space left for the baby to move around freely, you can still feel the movements made by your baby in the uterus.
